Welcome

Welcome Image

I am delighted to welcome you to Bullers Wood School for Boys, an exciting, new, non-selective secondary school for Bromley.

We plan to open in September 2018 providing 180 places for boys living in the local area. Over the next five years we will grow to accommodate 900 boys from Years 7 – 11. Our ambition is for the vast majority of our boys to progress on to Bullers Wood Sixth Form by the end of Year 11.

After meeting us, I hope you will want to share and be part of our vision. I look forward to working in partnership with you to achieve it.

About Bullers Wood School for Boys

Bullers Wood school for Boys will share all the core values and academically high aspirations of Bullers Wood School for Girls. It will have an unremitting focus on teaching and learning and a genuine conviction that each boy has the potential to achieve and enjoy success within a culture of high aspiration and traditional values of courtesy and respect.

We will offer an academic programme of study with an emphasis on the EBacc suite of subjects. We will also provide an extensive programme of extra-curricular and enrichment activities so that boys can find their niche, experience success and develop confidence. This will be underpinned by a strong and caring pastoral system.
